Snoop Dogg, pseudonimo di Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. (Long Beach, 20 ottobre 1971), è un rapper, attore e produttore discografico statunitense.

Considerato uno dei migliori rapper, è noto per il suo flow melodico, reso tale anche dal timbro vocale, per i testi tendenti a dargli un'immagine di gangster e per il suo slang, inventato da Frankie Smith and The Gap Band nei primi anni ottanta e reso famoso dall'amico rapper E-40, in cui si aggiunge "izz" o "-izzle" alla fine della parola (ad esempio, "for shizzle" sta per "for sure").
