อับดีเวลี โมฮัมเหม็ด อาลี(โซมาลี: Cabdiweli Maxamed Cali; อาหรับ: عبدالولي محمد علي; 2 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2508 — ) หรือเป็นที่รู้จักกันในนาม อับดีเวลี โมฮัมเหม็ด อาลี กาส เป็นนักเศรษฐศาสตร์ ศาสตราจาย์ และนักการเมืองชาวโซมาเลียเชื้อสายอเมริกัน เขาดำรงตำแหน่งนากยรัฐมนตรีของประเทศโซมาเลีย ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2554 ถึงเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2555 ในช่วงเวลาการดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี อาลีได้รับความไว้วางใจกับการวางแผน "ผังสำหรับการสิ้นสุดของการเปลี่ยนผ่าน" กระบวนการทางการเมืองที่ให้มาตรฐานที่ชัดเจนที่นำไปสู่การจัดตั้งสถาบันประชาธิปไตยถาวรในประเทศ เมื่อวันที่ 8 มกราคม พ.ศ 2014 อาลีได้รับเลือกตั้งให้เป็นประธานาธิบดีพุนต์แลนด์คนที่ 5
