former White House adviser J D Ehrlichman on June 13 refuses to either confirm of deny that he had approved memorandum reptdly describing in detail '71 plans to burglarize office of D Ellsberg's former psychiatrist Dr L J Fielding, after being questioned for 6 hrs by Sen subcom headed by Repr L N Nedzi, which is investigating break-in in connection with Watergate case; Nedzi quotes Ehrlichman as having told House Armed Services subcom that he had approved 'some sort of proposal' involved in White House investigation of Ellsberg and conceded that memo 'may have' included proposal for going to West Coast to investigate Ellsberg; says Ehrlichman said he 'did not recollect' anything in memo referring to actual break-in; discloses that former White House aide J W Dean 3d has been subpoenaed to appear before subcom on June 15; says he (Nedzi) was requested by Sen S J Ervin Jr, chmn of Sen Watergate com, to postpone questioning until after Dean's appearance before Sen panel
